Hey friends and family,

We are leaving for two weeks to go to Foley, Alabama TOMORROW!! We are beyond excited to get to go off campus and serve and love on the people of that community. We will be working alongside Samaritan's Purse to help with the disaster recovery effort from the last few hurricanes in that area. There have already been so many amazing stories that have come from other squads who have been working in Louisiana for the past few weeks. We are ready to be a part of this and excited to see all the ways the Lord will move over the next two weeks.

Please be praying for the opportunity for us to show the love of the Father to open and prepared hearts as we serve, and for safety for our squad throughout our time there.

Also… we were told this week that we are officially launching internationally in January!!! We do not have a set route yet, but we do know that we will be going somewhere in Central or South America to start. As time progresses and countries open or close up, we will be traveling to other places throughout the world, hopefully. We just don't know exactly where yet! We are beyond excited and thankful for the doors the Lord has opened and the ways He has been moving and working. It is so humbling to have to totally trust the Lord with everything I have, and let Him take complete control over all in this experience. And although I don't really have any more info at this point, I know He will be faithful in leading our squad to wherever He would have for us and I am so grateful to get to step out internationally and see how He moves across culture, language, and experience.

Please pray for the numerous details to continue to come together and for the Lord to begin working on the hearts of the people that He would have us meet. Also for patience and a desire to be totally present in this moment and all the Lord has called us into for right now.

Thank you all so much for partnering with me in this and for your prayers for me and my squad as we begin to serve and step out into the world. It is truly only through the Lord that we are even here in Georgia to start with, in the midst of this pandemic. We are so excited and ready to see what God has for us as individuals and as a squad and for the people we get to connect with in the coming weeks and months.

Much love,

Bethany

A photo of my Team now, as Gracie has decided to leave. She just felt that the Lord was leading her in a different direction outside of the World Race. We were sad to see her leave, but excited that she is following the voice of the Lord and expectant for all He has for her elsewhere.
